Access Statement
Introduction
We aim to cater for the needs of all visitors in our home based, 3 bedroom bed and breakfast. The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call us and we will endeavour to help.
Pre-Arrival
We are situated on the B4116, Gallows Lane
- One mile from the A42 Junction 12
- Ten miles from M1 Junction 22
- Nuneaton train station is 15 miles from Measham House Farm
- Tamworth train station is 12.5 miles from Measham House Farm
- East Midlands airport is 13.5 miles from Measham House Farm
- Birmingham International airport is 24 miles from Measham House Farm
- We have a website with photographs of our accommodation, all on the first floor

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
- There is ample free car parking in our courtyard
- Assistance with luggage is always offered to guests
- Guide dogs are welcome, and feeding and water bowls provided, no other animals are allowed in the dining room or bedrooms
- The entrance hall is accessed directly from the car park over one small step
Main Entrance & Reception
- Entrance is into the main hall
- Guests escorted to rooms and facilities explained
- Guests are asked to sign in the visitors book and non British citizens are required to provide their passport number, place of issue and next destination
Public Areas - General (Internal)
- Entrance hall has a stone tiled floor with large carpet square
- Hall is stone flagstones with carpet on the central area
- Dining room and all bedrooms are carpeted
- The staircase is oak and is not carpeted
Dining Room
- Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor
- Furniture is flexible and can be moved on request
- Oval table has underspace of 53cm high (legs on each corner). There are chairs without arms which can be moved.
- We do not play background music in any area of the B&B
- Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and all other diets catered for with prior notice
- Measham House Farm is no smoking throughout the premises
- Free internet access is available in the dining room
Bedrooms
- Guest bedrooms are en suite with one additional bathroom and w.c.
- One double family room with additional single bed
- Two large twin rooms
- All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, with a secure lockable door
- Flat screen televisions have remote controls, with freeview
- Tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms
- Ethernet connection available in all bedrooms
Self-Catering Kitchen
- There is a refrigerator, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washer and dryer which are available for guest use in this kitchen.
- Caravans (Caravan Club certified location)
- Caravan site for 5 touring caravans in a field near farmhouse
Facilities provided include:
- Drinking water supply
- Elsan emptying point
- Toilet block with two toilets and one shower (50p coin operated)
- Caravan guests can have breakfast in the farmhouse (pre-book day before)
Caravans (Cottage field)
We have a field, (approx 1.5 acres) which is completely flat and mown with electric hook-ups for 10 caravans or tents, this can be used as a rally field, or as an alternative to the certified location site - it is just a little further to walk to the toilet and collect water and dispose of waste.

At the time of booking a deposit is required to confirm the booking (this is non-refundable)
